Returns and Exchanges

At the UBC Bookstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all receipts included.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our online portal to request a return authorization number or bring your items directly to our campus service desk.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items and include the return form. If shipping, apply the provided prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
